The payment methods that can be used to purchase a ticket differ by country. 

Please note that some payment options may not be available for some events.

If the event you are planning to attend is held in Singapore, you can make a payment as long as your credit card is VISA/MasterCard/AMEX or you are going to pay through PayPal. You cannot purchase a ticket for a Singapore event using a JCB card.

* If you purchase your tickets through PayPal, you might see a 1 USD (or equivalent in local currency) charge on your transaction history. This 1 USD charge is a temporary authorization by PayPal to verify the buyer’s credit or debit card, and will automatically be removed. 



For Japan

  • Tickets purchased with Convenience Store/ATM payment normally must be paid within 3 days (might vary depending on the event date), or they will be automatically cancelled.
  • For tickets purchased with Convenience store/ATM payment, there is a 220 JPY payment fee for the ticket buyer. Depending on the ATM of the financial institution where the payment is made, a transfer fee or an after-hours fee may apply.
