The earlier situation where Event Pages could not be saved and purchased tickets were met with a delayed confirmation have been resolved. All impacted users have been notified and we’d sincerely like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Peatix was experiencing a situation where organizers could not send filtered messages from the sales list / attendee list page from 7:55AM to 2:00 PM JST, 10 November. The issue has been fixed and the impacted messages have been sent out. We’d like to apologize for any earlier inconveniences and thank everyone for their patience.
