If you wish to cancel your group subscription , please follow the steps below.

<Important notice>

You cannot cancel from the Peatix app (iOS / Android). Please cancel from your PC or smartphone browser.

Please note that any fees paid up to this point will not be refunded.

How to cancel Subscription mem

1. After signing in on PC browser, click on your account name in the upper right corner of the screen and go to "My Groups/Events".

If you are using a smartphone, open "My Groups / Events" by tapping "My Tickets / Events" or "Menu Button (≡)" in the upper right corner of the screen. 

2. Select "Following" under "GROUPS". 

3. GROUPS that are currently subscribed to will be displayed as "Subscribed”.

Click the "Cancel Subscription" button for the group you wish to cancel.

Click "OK" on the pop-up window that appears to cancel the subscription.

*When the cancellation is completed, "CANCELED" will appear in the "Subscriptions" status in "MY ACCOUNT".
