What to do if you cannot hear any sounds
First of all, check to make sure that the volume is turned on on your device.
Next, please ensure that the sound is turned on in the Peatix Live player embedded on the Watch Stream page (please refer to the screenshot below).
To check the status of your audio, take a look at the Volume button (the second button from the left indicated with ②). If the sound is muted, click the button to turn the audio on.
What to do if you can hear sounds and watch the video but it is choppy or lagging
If you face video issues (e.g., the video freezes or lags) while viewing a Peatix Live event, you may need to make the appropriate adjustments to your viewing environment. Please refer to the following help page and ensure that your PC and internet connection meet the recommended specifications: What are the recommended specifications for viewing Peatix Live events?
If no issues have been found with your PC and internet connection yet you continue to experience video problems, we recommend that you try reducing the stream quality. To do this, click the Quality selector (the third button from the right indicated with ③) in the Peatix Live player embedded on the Watch Stream page (please refer to the screenshot above) and select a lower quality.
* Please note that the Quality selector is only available in certain desktop browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, and is not available in Safari and most mobile browsers.
