* If you use convenience store/ATM payment to purchase a ticket, the ticket will show up in your Peatix account approximately five minutes after the purchase.
* If you use a credit card to purchase a ticket, there can be a delay of approximately 1 hour for the payment to be completed. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and the ticket will show up in your Peatix account.
If you are logged into your account but your tickets or selection applications are not shown, you are probably logged into the wrong account (i.e., it is not the account you used when you ordered your tickets or applied for events).

How to log out and log back into Peatix with the correct account
If the account you are currently logged into is the wrong one, you will need to log out once and log back into Peatix with the correct account (i.e., the account you used when you ordered your tickets or applied for events).
Click on your account name in the upper right corner and select "Sign Out" (computer/smartphone browser), or tap "Sign Out" on the "Profile" page on the Peatix app (iOS/Android).
Then, log back into Peatix with the account you used to purchase your tickets or apply for events.
- If you used an email address to order your ticket or apply for an event: Log in by entering your registered email address and password.
- If you used a third-party account (Facebook, Twitter, Google or Apple) to order your ticket or apply for an event: Log in by clicking either "Agree and sign in with Facebook", "Agree and sign in with Twitter", "Agree and sign in with Google" or "Agree and sign in with Apple".
