If "Payment Checking (Browser)" or "Waiting for Payment (Peatix App)" appears on your ticket even after payment has been made, it is possible that you have ordered duplicate tickets for the same event and there are still tickets remaining that have not yet been paid for.
Check the ticket for the event for which you received the cancellation email.
If a QR code appears on the ticket
When a QR code is displayed on a ticket, the ticket that has not been paid for has already been canceled, and only the tickets that have been paid for remain. In this case, there is no need to take any action.
If the ticket displays Checking Payment / Waiting for Payment
If you see "Unpaid ticket(s)" on your ticket, it is possible that you have ordered more than one ticket for the same event and there are still tickets remaining that have not been paid for.
In this case, the QR code will not appear on the ticket screen.
If you choose to pay at a Combini/ATM when you order tickets, your order will be automatically cancelled if you do not make the payment within the payment deadline.
Cancelled tickets will be deleted from the ticket screen and only tickets that have already been paid for will be displayed.
