If "Unpaid ticket(s)" appears on your ticket even after payment has been made, it is possible that you have ordered duplicate tickets for the same event and there are still tickets remaining that have not yet been paid for.
In this case, the QR code will not appear on the ticket screen.
If you choose to pay at a Combini/ATM when you order tickets, your order will be automatically cancelled if you do not make the payment within the payment deadline.
Cancelled tickets will be deleted from the ticket screen and only tickets that have already been paid for will be displayed.
If you accidentally ordered for a duplicate ticket, please wait until the ticket is automatically cancelled.
If the event takes place before the automatic cancellation, please ask the organizer to cancel the tickets.
