Here are the different types of emails you can receive from Peatix:


  • Event recommendations
  • Coupons and offers 
  • Updates from group(s) you are following (follower emails)


If you wish to unsubscribe from event recommendations and/or coupons and offers emails, you may do so by managing your notification settings.


＜Important notice＞

・You cannot unsubscribe from the Peatix app (iOS / Android). Please set up from your PC or smartphone browser.

・You will not be unsubscribed from important notifications from Peatix. 

・Due to time lag with out system, you may continue to receive emails until unsubscribe process is completed. 



How to unsubscribe from event recommendations and/or coupons and offers emails

PC

1. Click on your account name in the upper right corner and select "Account Settings".



2. Go to "Notification Settings". Under Email Settings (General), uncheck the email type(s) that you wish to unsubscribe. Then, click "Save preferences".



3. If you wish to re-subscribe, check the email type(s) you wish to receive. Then, click "Save preferences".


Smartphone

1.Tap the "menu button (≡)" from "My Tickets/Events" in the upper right corner of the screen.


2.Select "Notification Settings."


3.Uncheck the email type(s) that you wish to unsubscribe. Then, click "Save preferences".


4. If you wish to re-subscribe, check the email type(s) you wish to receive. Then, click "Save preferences".


※You may also unsubscribe from these emails by clicking on "Unsubscribe" found at the bottom of the emails.



How to unsubscribe from follower emails

As a follower of a group, you will among others receive notification emails for events in the group. If you no longer want to receive updates from the group, follow the steps on this help page to unfollow the group: How to unfollow a group.
