After deleting your account, you will not be able to access the tickets that you have ordered. If you have a ticket to an upcoming event, please delete your account after you have attended the event.
You will need to create a new Peatix account if you wish to order tickets again on Peatix after deleting your account.
You may also create a new account with the same email address as the account you have deleted.
In addition, since deleting is done on an account-by-account basis, you must first sign in to the account you wish to delete.
If you are using a browser (computer/smartphone)
1. Click on this link to access Peatix.
2. After logging into Peatix, access "Account Settings".
If you are using a computer:
Click on your account name in the upper right corner to access "Account Settings".
If you are using a smartphone:
Tap on the menu button (hamburger button) in the upper right corner to access "Account Settings".
3. In "Account Settings", scroll down to the bottom and click "Delete this account".
4. On the pop-up screen, click "Delete account".
If you are using Peatix app (iOS/Android)
1. After opening the app, the Home page opens. Tap on "Profile" and log into Peatix.
2. Tap on "Settings".
3. Tap on "Delete My Account" at the bottom of the Settings page.
4. On the pop-up screen, tap on "Delete account".
