If the error message "Either your username or password is incorrect. Please try again." is shown when you try to log in, you made a mistake in either your email address or your registered password.
In case you have forgotten your password, please reset your password and try to log in again. If you do not receive the password reset email, you may have created an account with a different email address or Facebook/Twitter/Google/Apple account.

- If you have just created a Peatix account, locate the "Welcome to Peatix" email and confirm the email address you used to receive the email.
If you did not create your account with an email address and password, please access your account by selecting Agree and Sign in with Facebook/Twitter/Google/Apple according to the account you used to create your account.
If you are still unable to log in to your account, please contact us for further assistance as there might be an error in the registered email address.
Account locked - too many sign in attempts
If you see the error message "Too many sign in attempts. Please try again later, or contact our help center.", your account is temporarily locked because the wrong email address or password has been entered repeatedly. In this case, please try again later.
If you have entered the correct email address but are not sure about the password, please try to reset the password of your account.
