As event organizers are in charge of all aspects of their own events, Peatix is unable to answer questions about the event. Please contact the event organizer directly for event-specific questions.

If you are using a browser (computer/smartphone)

1. Please access your ticket dashboard:

Log in with the same account that you used when ordering your ticket.

2. On your dashboard, under "TICKETS", you can see a list of all the events you have ordered tickets for. Please click "Contact Organizer" for the event you wish to send a message to the event organizer. 

3. Click "Message organizer".

4. Enter your subject and message and click "Send".

The answer of the organizer will be delivered to your Peatix inbox and will be forwarded to your registered email address.

If you are using Peatix app (iOS/Android)

To contact the organizer, please access the "Tickets" page.
